Unusually for Kasabian, they actually look kind of Mod in this pic at the start of the video.
Noticed this on Atom Retro earlier - classic Ivy League look, verging on the professorial.
As an addition, you can see it has a little button that allows you to fold in the lapels and create a kind of madras style, stand-up collar. Very sharp. Although also annoyingly out of stock in my size.
Important thing here too: it has three buttons. Not unusual for Atom Retro obviously, but very difficult to find outside the Mod fold!
Visited Winchester where a friend lives the other weekend and have this pic of his shoes.
Not a great pic admittedly, plus they look quite old and battered. But these are essentially Chelsea Boots in burgundy / oxblood but some extensive broguing too. Very unusual, especially to have the brogue style without laces.
Strong shirt / tie combination worthy of any modern day Indie band worth their salt...
Although his real name: "Clive Powell" is slightly less impressive.
Sorry, I was going to post the slightly spooky b-side from the Dream Synopsis EP coming out soon. But instead I decided to just post the title track.
The Dream Synopsis is actually one of my favourite tracks from the LSPs’ most recent album, mainly for its mention of Sheffield City Centre. I like this reference to Turner’s local town - it’s like he’s saying he never forgot where he came from!
These ones are made in England despite the script.
I can't seem to find this on the website, so I can't give you a place to get it. The price is a ludicrous £649 apparently. But then, as I said, this could be rumour.
But it's nice - classic simple face without extra "sports" dials etc. and a smooth finish without looking too bulky.
Such an impressive piece that I had to put it up.
Note of course that a "crombie" per se is the general term for a long winter overcoat akin to this, but it is also a brand name and, if you've got a bit (lot) of spare pocket money, you can pay their site a visit for some exquisite winter coat action.
Not going to kid anyone, these things are really expensive - but then I suppose, for what price quality?
